Yes, she did! Papapapapapa PANG! Action!! That too war-action!! Took me by surprise! I never thought action would be in SoraNoWoTo after seeing all these episodes! But I was wrong! YAY!
To be honest, Felicia was just an additional character to fill the place before to me. But after seeing this episode, I understand why that place was created in the first place. She really is like a sweet mother to the girls, which is immensely needed right now. That was sad, seeing your own team, your only family-like, your loved ones die right in front of you but you are kept alive to witness all the horror! The point is, will you survive that horror or…..?
And woah, wait wait….it’s that blonde angel again! She again showed up, this time in Felicia’s past. And she called her….’Princess!?’ and she even was wearing Rio’s D-flat key chain! What is happening?? Guess that person has touched everyone’s life in that fleet and that touch brought them all together. War really is like hell, nobody should go through it! And Noel is not far from understanding Filicia….I wonder whether we would get to look into her past as well.
Some things I liked in this episode: The Return of the Amazing Grace music with the beautiful blonde maiden! AND, Rio’s attempt to sweet talk(console) ending in TOING TOING FISH! haha Did you see her face when Filicia told her some reason for her being out of it? o_o’

Hurray for action!! Tho’ it was not exactly classified as action but still it was,even if it was for a show! So I liked it more than other episodes.
I thought the girls are working secretly for some Underground Don when I saw them hiding something from Kanata and still got money. And when they showed the seller-buyer dealing, I was like on top of my seat. Ba…ba..ba….BANG! Bang bang!! Fire all the roasted chickens!!
It was a total costume make-over….Women in black is awesome! Especially Rio was sexy! Is it just me or the girls wearing masculine clothes sometimes elevates their hot meter??
Mishio is such naughty yet cute kid. It was touching when she stretched out the box to Yumina-oneechan and went ‘This is for you…’. Aww, I want a sister like that T.T
Please donate sisters like that to me, anyone!!
At the end was this distracting dialogue from Kanata, ‘Rio-sempai, Let me dry your hair! I always wanted to touch it“. Haha The makers wanted to fulfill their ‘shoujo-ai’ vibe promise to the fans I guess just for the sake of it. There is not any specific romance or random blushes yet it’s left to our own imagination….
So Ra No Wo To is one of these animes I see where I don’t even know why I am seeing it yet I can’t stop seeing it. I’m sick….-.-
